I was east and opended weak 2hearts – south doubled , west passed – north bid 3 clubs I passed and south bid 6nt my partner led 5 hearts to my king and the ace. declarer misplayed – ended up in her hand having to lead a heart to me and I made the last 2 heart tricks. I think declarer has to lead towards the hearts from dummy when they get there with a diamond. At the club the hand was played 9 times: 6 spades minus 1 – once 6nt minus 1 twice 6 clubs making – twice 3nt plus 2 – 3 times 3nt plus 3 – once Hand details after the session – states 11 tricks in clubs and 12 in both spades and NT.
That is quite a hand – I think 6NT is a reasonable guess – hoping for one entry in partner’s hand – here you have 2 and as you suggest as long as you use one to lead hearts through East you should make 12 tricks.
